Dear Gary,
We would like to thank you and tell you how pleased we are with the project at 446 which converted an eyesore to a stunning outdoor property. We are overjoyed with every aspect: the stone patio and walkways, the fencing and pergola, the new landing, decking, boardwalks and gates, and certainly not least, the “shed”. You have added great dollar value to our house, but more importantly you have contributed priceless pleasure and satisfaction to living in our home. Louise is particularly thrilled with the curved side walkway from the front round patio and step down to the stone walkway through the gate and along the west side of the house.
Thank you Gary for discouraging ‘making do’ with the stepping-stones around the elm, and convincing us that the stonework should extend to the west side of the landing.
Jim has photographed the project from the original eyesore, through every stage of the takedown and construction, to completion. We will be organizing these digital photos and they will be available to 3 Seasons and your sub-contractors as requested. We will be showing off our renovation to our friends and neighbours endorsing 3 Seasons with every opportunity.
