IN THE OFFICE
Dale Weise Owner
3 Seasons is a locally owned landscaper company in Winnipeg. Dale has a diverse business history in real estate and property development, amongst other ventures. Dale’s available for on-site consultations and can assist you with any business inquiries. He’s a big hockey guy, and lives in East St. Paul with his wife and four children.
Jason Cherepak Head Foreman & Manager
Jason joined us as a young landscaper before moving on – first working in sales (both real estate and with Caterpillar tractors) and then in British Columbia building golf courses. Jason returned to Winnipeg, re-joined 3 Seasons and has now been at it for more than 20 years. Jason loves to fish and hunt and has three amazing kids.
Paul Szakacs Design, Sales, Operations & Manager
Paul joined 3 Seasons after finishing his Bachelor of Environmental Design at the U of M. What started as a summer job turned into a career, as he’s now been with the company for 18 seasons. Paul is heavily involved with design work, consultations, sales, supervision and construction. He’s a sports fan, loves to travel and lives in River Heights with his wife and young daughter.
Kari Zahariuk Design, Sales & Manager
Kari’s the office academic – with a broad knowledge of everything in landscape design, thanks to a Masters degree in Landscape Architecture. She’s been with us more than 10 years. When not planning your garden beds or patio, she spends time with her partner Wes and two kids.
Lucas Szpigiel Design & Sales
Lucas is a fresh graduate from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Architecture and a passionate landscaper. He is increasingly involved in consultation and planning but also gets his hands dirty with pruning and construction work. Lucas is a world traveller and just a generally interesting guy.
PROJECT LEADERS
Troy
Troy’s a longtime member of our team (16 years now) and a very experienced landscaper. He’s a master paver, a great team leader and our fantasy football commissioner. Troy and his wife Jess have three beautiful daughters.
Wyatt
Wyatt has a wealth of experience in landscaping, both in Manitoba and Ontario. He’s new to the team but you wouldn’t know it. During the winter, you’ll find him on a frozen lake with a fishing rod.
Ash
Ash enters year three with 3 Seasons as one of our go-to crew leaders – and well deserved. There’s no one more pleasant to be around and his positive energy is palpable.
Jack
Jack (or JR) is a home-grown gem. He started in an entry-level position right out of high school and has been building his skill set and perfecting his craft ever since. “Wah Gwaan”, as he would say.
