Dale Weise Owner
3 Seasons is a locally owned landscaper company in Winnipeg. Dale has a diverse business history in real estate and property development, amongst other ventures. Dale’s available for on-site consultations and can assist you with any business inquiries. He’s a big hockey guy, and lives in East St. Paul in Winnipeg with his wife and four children.
Jason Cherepak Head Foreman & Manager
Jason joined us as a young landscaper before moving on – first working in sales (both real estate and with Caterpillar tractors) and then in British Columbia building golf courses. Jason returned to Winnipeg, re-joined 3 Seasons and has now been at it for 20 years. Jason loves to fish and hunt, and lives in St. James in Winnipeg with his wife and three children.
Paul Szakacs Design, Sales & Manager
Paul joined 3 Seasons after finishing his Bachelor of Environmental Design at the U of M. What started as a summer job turned into a career, as he’s now been with the company for 17 seasons. Paul is heavily involved with design work, consultations, sales, supervision and construction. He’s a sports fan, loves to travel and lives in River Heights with his wife and young daughter.
Kari Zahariuk Design, Sales & Manager
Kari’s the office academic – with a broad knowledge of everything in landscape design, thanks to a Masters degree in Landscape Architecture. She’s been with us more than 10 years. When not planning your garden beds or patio, she spends time with her partner Wes and two kids.
